Our Strategic Aim

We are committed to developing scalable, evidence-based solutions grounded in a deep understanding of the lives, needs, and constraints of underserved populations in emerging markets. Our work aims to foster inclusive growth and equitable financial ecosystems that address the unique needs of underserved and underserved populations.

Our team applies rigorous analysis and sector expertise to design solutions that strengthen the connection between underserved communities and equitable financial services. We combine empirical research, innovation, and sector expertise to advance gender-intelligent finance, SME banking, regulatory and policy dialogue, entrepreneurship, and digital financial solutions.

Together with our partners we build financial ecosystems where women entrepreneurs, youth, as well as micro, micro, small and medium business can thrive, through tailored financial and non-financial services that respond to their needs.

What Sets Us Apart

ConsumerCentriX employs several innovative approaches to drive financial inclusion, with a particular focus on under- and underserved populations, including women entrepreneurs, youth, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Key innovative approaches include:

Evidence-Driven Understanding

We anchor our understanding in rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods, combining data analysis, psychographic segmentation, and ethnographic research, to deliver accurate, actionable insights into the diverse needs and behaviors of underserved consumers. This evidence-based approach ensures that our strategies are grounded in real-world realities and drive meaningful impact.

Solutions Built for Success

Our solutions are not one-size-fits-all. They are based on an understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and the unique strategic objectives and operational capabilities of partner institutions. By bridging policy, market, and institutional drivers, we craft sustainable approaches that succeed in both design and execution.

Applying a Gender Lens

Our gender-focused work moves beyond superficial gestures or “pink-washing.” Using advanced, research-driven methodologies, we carefully identify and address persistent gender disparities across financial services and related sectors. By thoroughly analyzing how differences between women and men shape access, usage, and outcomes, we develop strategic, evidence-based solutions that genuinely respond to women’s unique needs and priorities, fostering meaningful inclusion and empowerment.

Leveraging cross-sector insights for development impact

With extensive experience in dynamic, fast-evolving industries such as FMCG, consumer electronics, and telecommunications, we provide comprehensive methodological expertise and strategic insight to financial institutions. This cross-sector perspective equips financial institutions to innovate and maintain a competitive edge in rapidly evolving markets.

OUR MISSION

Our Strategic Aim

Our mission is to develop scalable solutions that are based on deep insights into the lives, needs and constraints of un/underserved people in emerging markets to improve their livelihoods and create opportunities for economic growth.
